Guess who’s back?!
On Thurs 20 & Friday 21 April I will be hosting the first One Ingredient dinners of 2017 at the stunning Food+LAB, which forms part of the Youngblood Arts & Culture Centre in the Beautifull Life Building on Bree Street. When not acting as a gorgeous event space, Food+LAB offers a delicious menu & catering service, with an emphasis on fresh, beautiful ingredients designed to nourish body & soul. So, back to One Ingredient.
Because we haven’t done one of these in a while, I thought I would leave the menu up to you (well, not the entire menu…that would be stupid.)
I will be giving away two places for the upcoming dinners. To stand a chance of winning a ticket for you and a friend, tell me which ingredient should play a starring role in my next menu. Bacon? Garlic? Honey? The sky’s the limit!

One Ingredient ‘Just Dinner’ is based on the same concept that we all know and love; a single star ingredient showcased across five courses and paired with wine – but this time round, you won’t need to do any of the work in the kitchen! All you need to do is sit back, relax, and loosen your belts while my team and I spoil you!
