In June we celebrate the Sweet Potato; a seasonal staple and sexier cousin of the ordinary, but-shame-he-has-a-nice-personality potato. Whether baked, roasted, mashed or fried, this indulgent crowd-pleaser is the ultimate winter comfort food, guaranteed to fill your belly and warm your heart.

So while I won’t hold you to the whole ‘decent’ thing, I hope you will join me as we celebrate the star of the One Ingredient June Menu – the delicious Sweet Potato!

Each of the six courses will be paired with Baccarat wines and presented by The Wine List.
