Mushroom Menu

In May we explore the trendy ‘shroom, showcasing the many different ways in which it can enhance a dish through its distinct and earthy flavour.

We are excited to have Justin the Mushroom Forager at May’s One Ingredient dinners, who will be on hand to explain the magic behind the mushrooms on your plate.

There is far more to mushrooms than the simple button ones your mom used to serve. With exotic varieties like shitake, porcini, and the Beyoncé of mushrooms; the truffle, and with flavours that range from nutty, to earthy, to woody…I promise that this is one fungi that will grow on you.

One Ingredient at Reverie is based on the same concept that we all know and love; a single star ingredient showcased across five courses and paired with wine – but with two main differences. This time round, you won’t need to do any of the work – all you need to do is sit back, relax, and loosen your belts while my team and I spoil you.

Expect canapés on arrival followed by a five course menu themed around one ingredient. Each course will be paired with wines from a local wine farm and presented by a representative, giving you the opportunity to find out a bit more about each wine & the inspiration behind the pairing.
