The final menu of the year needs to be extra special, so this month we pay homage to seven ingredients instead of one in a once-off menu that features One Ingredient’s biggest crowd-pleasers from 2015, all paired with different premium wines from leading wine merchant Siris Vintners!
Without further ado, I would like to present the menu for the 7 Ingredient Dinners which will be served on November 19th, 20th and 26th.
7 Ingredient Menu
Mac n cheese croquettes with lime and garlic mayo
Sticky duck bun with orange glazed endive, cinnabon crumble and valrhona chocolate

Seared tuna caesar
Beef flat rib ravioli, wild mushrooms, baby spinach, confit egg
Pan fried hake, bacon and brocoli puree, steamed mussels, watercress with almond and coriander pesto
Karoo lamb, chargrilled baby gem hearts, cumin and aubergine puree, lamb crackling, lemon and black olive crushed Nicola potatoes and spring greens.
Hot chocolate fondant, blueberry and macadamia meringue, candied bacon and blueberry ice cream
