On Friday June 5th I will be cooking dinner at the stunning L’Avenir Wine Estate & Country Lodge. The menu consists of four courses from the One Ingredient olive oil dinner series and will be paired with L’Avenir wines. Not only this but tickets include a night’s stay for two and breakfast in the morning!
