The Chocolate Menu

One Ingredient returns for the first time in 2015 for three dinners of chocolaty goodness! For all you romantics, the first dinner will be on February 14th but for those of you who are anti valentines there will be two other opportunity’s for you to join for the chocolate menu on February 20th and 21st.
The menu will consist of some of the best ingredients from sustainably caught angel fish, free range duck and even grass fed beef. As per usual the menu will be paired with the finest wine in the cape.

Beetroot – horseradish – chocolate
Amuse
Sticky duck bun – young figs – fois gras – chocolate and green tea
Starter
Pan seared angel fish – cauliflower – white chocolate – risotto
Main
Grass fed beef – coffee – dark chocolate – celeriac – salsa verde
Dessert
Coconut – caramel chocolate frozen parfait – raspberry – basil
