The start of a new month brings a new menu at One Ingredient by Matt Manning. Asparagus is the star of October’s menu and Nitida were the first to be pairing their wines this month and we were in for a real treat as they pulled out some old vintages to try as well! The guests had a go at creating the quail starter, which was supplied by Ryan Boon Speciality Meats. See how they got on in the kitchen and if their dishes were up to scratch!
