One Ingredient by Matt Manning returned on June 20th for the 1 year birthday and the first parsnip menu dinner paired with Black Elephant Vintners wine by Damn Fine Wines. The party got started with bubbles by Moreson and parsnip canapes. We were then treated to an exclusive appearance by jacqueswentzel, the wine maker at Black Elephant.
