Chilli Menu Photos!

The heat just got turned up a notch in the kitchen at the last One Ingredient by Matt Manning dinner. The first chilli menu was paired with the incredible Alluvia Specialist Winery and Damn Fine Wines. Each course went down better than the last as guests indulged in the hottest menu yet. The up most quality produce was used throughout the menu with marinated rainbow trout from Wild Peacock and Frankie fenner’s seared hanger steak.
