This Friday, for the Bacon Menu, we are very excited to be featuring Richard Bosman who has hand cured all the bacon products that I will be using on the One Ingredient by Matt Manning Bacon Menu with Vondeling Wines!

With his traditional methods of curing meats, Richard certainly is an expert at what he does. After running the Deli in Hermanus for five successful years, he now produces Italian and Spanish style cured meat using customary salting and drying techniques to ensure only but the best quality.
