The One Ingredient Rhubarb Menu with Extreme wines

Here is what went down at January’s One Ingredient by Matt Manning with the Extreme Wines portfolio. Ashbourne, Muratie Wine Estate, Neil Ellis, and Mulderbosch Vineyards all made an appearance with the four course menu. Guests tucked into the rhubarb menu starting with my savoury rhubarb and custard.
