The One Ingredient Beetroot Menu with Mulderbosch

The last One Ingredient of 2013 was an evening of great food, excellent wine and lots of laughter as all the guests enjoyed the beetroot menu that was paired perfectly with the Mulderbosch Vineyards wine. From Richard Bosman‘s cured waygu beef bresola to the organic baby beetroot’s from Steve Botha’s Magic Herbs farm in Portaville, the ingredients were the star of the show.
