The Beetroot Menu with Jorgensen’s Distillery

Last Friday was the first One Ingredient beetroot dinner. The G+T’s by Jorgensen’s Distillery went down a treat as guests tried their hand at my beetroot menu. From Richard Bosman‘s Waygu beef with pickled beets to the pork shoulder by Ryan boon, the produce was the star of the show. Then to finish off Katelyn Convery played us some of her music while guests enjoyed the Absinthe milk shakes!
